But one of the aspects of team building that people rarely talk about is the human aspect in regards that home and business are never separated. The entire individual has to be taken into consideration of a leader is ever going to get the best from that person. Every excellent person has a slump at some time or another. Beating the person up will do nothing but make it worse. The human factor is what I found to be the only way to have a team be a work of art.
